Hot damn! The Texas courts are going to let independent gubernatorial candidate Richard Friedman (who filled his copious petition signature requirements by sending his volunteers out to bars and strip clubs at night) go by the nickname everyone knows him by, Richard "Kinky" Friedman.
I think I may have to give this guy some money. Kinky Friedman for Texas Governor 2006.
